Bufebit for 6.5.17 = Set goals.

It doesn’t matter what your goals are; it just matters that you made them. We all work at different paces and aspire for different things, so if puppy steps are the right approach for you then skip to it….and if a Greyhound stride is more your speed then by all means charge onward.  The feeling of achieving a goal that you set for yourself is pretty liberating, and no one can take that feeling of accomplishment from you. My goal for this week is to make it around our big block walkie without being winded!
